Mia is truly The Wax Whisperer! She's a nice person and funny too! Her COVID-19 cautionary measures are firmly in place and very much appreciated. The setup is warm and cozy, and I was greeted each time and made to feel welcome. She's quick, informative, and made the process relatively painless. I was nervous at first but very quickly she made me feel at ease, and assured that I was in competent hands. I have been 3 times so far and I have been very pleased with the results each time. I live quite a distance away but will continue to travel to Mia as she is so good at what she does and very personable.
I have been going to Mia for over a year and a half. The first time she made me feel comfortable and has done so every time since! Mia always does a great job and keeps the conversation going the entire time (a nice distraction from the pain). I hadn't gotten a wax done in a long time and was prepared for it to really hurt but Mia did a great job keeping the pain to a minimum!
Mia is very experienced and provides an excellent atmosphere. I've had waxing done by different people and the use of different waxes in the past by others, however, Mia's knowledge (regarding waxing, as well, after care) and thoroughness far exceeds anyone I've had wax me before. I appreciated all her tips and advice. Highly recommended and worth the drive.

The Wax Whisperer is absolutely amazing! I've been twice now and will continue to go to Mia. Practically pain free Brazilian wax. She's very thorough, uses tweezers on the hair that's missed by both types of wax. She doesn't double dip!! Overall great experience.
