important notice
The safety of our clients has always been our top priority!
Please read the following information that outlines some additional measures we have established in order to provide our services to you.
We are always concerned and careful about sharing germs, particularly in flu season. We see clients of varying ages and health levels and want to keep all of us healthy.
Hygiene and sanitation are of huge importance to a us. Besides cold and flu season, there are plenty of reasons to make sure we’re not sharing germs or pathogens. Here are some of the preventive measures we take in the room:
Basic Sanitation Practices We Follow:
* Using a fresh set of bedding paper for each client.
* Never double-dip wax applicators or reuse wax strips
* Proper hand hygiene
* Wearing disposable medical gloves
* Clean & sanitize all surfaces, door handles and equipment between each client
* Wearing a mask
* If we are not feeling well, we will ALWAYS contact you and let you know
What we ask from you:
Health and sanitation are a two way street (maybe more like a busy intersection, but you get the idea). Here are some things you can do to help:
* All clients are required to wear a mask
* Please note that we do not have a waiting room. We ask that you text us when you arrive and we will invite you in a soon as we finish with the client ahead of you
* We ask all clients to come at their scheduled appointment time rather than early, to avoid an overlap of clients and make it easier for you to park :)
* Do not bring in any outside food or drinks
* When you arrive, please use the washroom provided to thoroughly wash you hands
Use common sense and a little caution. If you’re not feeling well, we are not going to charge you for rescheduling your appointment.
Please STAY AT HOME if you have the flu, fever, a cough or cold, shortness of breath OR traveled within the last 14 days or been around anyone that is being monitored or tested for COVID-19.
Take care of yourself and be well.
